Since our products are perishable/handmade, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

No Returns

As our products are specially prepared and packaged for every order, we are unable to accept returns. We kindly request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

No Refunds

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, refunds are not applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:

1. Record a clear unboxing video of the package upon delivery.

2. Send the video and details of the issue at satvikgoodnessonline@gmail.com.

3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the defective item.

(Note: Replacements are only applicable if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.)
